Singular does an excellent job unifying attribution and marketing data across all our networks into a single source of truth, which makes cross-channel analysis much faster and more reliable. The cohort and LTV reporting is particularly strong — it lets us track payback curves accurately (D7, D30, D180) without having to stitch together data manually from each network. Another big plus is how well it handles iOS measurement post-ATT; the SKAdNetwork reporting and modeling give us confidence in a space where visibility is usually limited. On top of that, the UI is genuinely intuitive and easy to navigate. For a lean team like ours, that matters a lot — we don't have a dedicated data/BI function, so being able to pull and interpret reports quickly without heavy technical overhead is a real advantage. It lowers the barrier for anyone on the team to jump in and get insights without needing to be a data specialist. Finally, the support from our CSM has been excellent — responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. That level of attention makes a real difference, especially for a team our size that relies on that guidance to make the most of the tool.
