I use SimplyWise Cost Estimator for my residential remodel and construction business. It saves me substantial time researching pricing and generating estimates, and the results are clean and professional. I like that the final estimate is comprehensive and helps my clients understand the project scope and cost. I can adjust nearly every part of it, including material lists and quantities, pricing, labor rates and quantities, notes, and disclaimers. The AI does the bulk of the time-consuming work, and then I can refine the estimate to fit the person or group I’m working with. This helps protect both me and my client from miscommunication that could lead to expensive mistakes. The setup and initial estimate building were straightforward, and it was easy to navigate. I also appreciate that the developers keep improving the features. Being able to select an area of a project rendering to change has been a huge help.

I like the estimator because I was leaving a lot of money on the table. It helps me estimate jobs and makes the sales and payment process very smooth. I like the Stripe payment method much better than the PayPal I used with Joist, and it was very easy to install.
