Solid technical team for complex builds
Our app needed a few third party integrations, and they managed it without major issues. They even setup our account with third parties, so we did not have to do anything for that. From a technical standpoint, things felt stable and well handled.

Design quality was better than expected
The UI/UX work was honestly better than we expected. They didn't just focus on visuals they thought through how users would actually use the app. They also created a clickable prototype that we could show to our targeted customers and get feedback. This process helped us to create a user centric app.

They were easy to get in touch with and gave regular updates (usually weekly check-ins). Even when something didn't go as planned, they communicated it clearly instead of going quiet. They continuously pinged us on Basecamp when we were not responding to their queries.
