I am a low transaction food service place and considering that I should not have lagging issues. My issues persisted for over years. Finally since last 3 months the issue is not there anymore. I stayed with Silverware because of their excellent Technical support team, Unfortunately, their sales team left me a very ill taste due to unresponsiveness. If you are looking into Silverware or any POS product, Pls. don'nt go by theri demo's as its just a testing platform. it will have functions and its front end (look and feel) but will not show background issues. For this you need to see and speak to businesses using their software. Also, Silverware lack a "Training" Feature for new employees to get comfortable with the functions and use of the POS system.
