True professionalism. Sometimes when you're dealing with red teams that have skilled hackers on their team, they may have some quirky folks who may not be the most pleasant or comfortable to work with them, especially during scoping calls where the non hackers non tech folk are also present. So I I appreciate their consistent professionalism and not making anyone on any caller in any room feel like they were lesser for not, you know, being a lifelong computer hacker that myself and my hobbyist hacker. So I also have a preference in favor for people who do what. Do and don't use our abilities for things that are illegal and immoral. Their project manager was also fantastic when it came to coordination of dates, times and wherever my involvement need to be. I appreciate that sort of communication because my prior linguistic experiences, UPS driver communication, was absolutely critical to any kind of mission success.

The Sikich team is very skilled and experienced and has great customer support. They have a good command of Navisionn and set things up according to our needs. They also do routine updates for us.

I liked that NexGen was pretty user friendly - it was easy to navigate and really upped our organization and detail orientation with our projects. It helped us save a lot of time.
