I find Sift very easy to use, and I appreciate that it is not rule-based, offering a better alternative to other platforms. The user interface is something I like the most. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, and even the admins give props for how easy it was.

It connects all the information very quickly, which is crucial for reviewing where they connect and what they are doing on the platform. I also think it's great that the system can handle multiple instances without delays.
