Shopvision can do a complete and comprehensive competitive analysis in a fraction of the time it would take me to do it. We track competitors on both a regular basis, but in particular during major holidays to ensure we are not missing out on key messaging or experiences. It not only tells us what other sites are doing faster than if we click into each one ourselves, but it provides a full analysis and compares it with our own site experience. We would previously visit and screen shot everyone on a semi daily basis and then sit down to perform our own analysis which was incredibly time consuming. This has saved us loads of time to say the least!!

I really like the ability of ShopVision Market & Competitive Intelligence to scale up promotions and provide centralized intelligence. It's incredibly helpful to have a sustainable review system that allows me to see a starting point and come back to the conversation to see what has happened, what is going on, and what could happen. The cataloging features make it easy to maintain sustainability in the promotion space of my company. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciated how well the account managers were able to understand our business context and translate the tool to our needs while effectively communicating any product improvements to the product team and executives.

Implementation is simple - just give them your list of competitors. After some time (a week or two) to collect data, it starts to give a detailed analysis of the competitors we're monitoring and provides suggestions for strategic improvements. The links to creative examples are helpful as well. The customer success support has been brilliant! The team is open to feedback and have great ideas for how to use the system and create value
