What I like best is the combination of strong technical competence and long-term reliability. Their team understands real-world commerce stacks and mobile app constraints, so discussions happen on eye level and quickly turn into actionable solutions. Over many years the platform and collaboration have been stable, with predictable releases and very few production surprises. On top of that, support feels like true ownership: fast responses, continuity in contacts, and a pragmatic “let’s fix it” mindset.

Great solution, simple setup, seamless integration with Shopware 6
I particularly appreciate how quick and easy Shopgate is to configure. It is very easy to add new pages and categories. The integration of Shopgate with our web checkout allows us to use the checkout of our own store, which has effectively solved issues with payment methods and discount logics. The ability to send push notifications to our customers is also a great feature, as it allows us to use app functionalities for marketing purposes. Finally, the initial setup of Shopgate was super easy and fast.

Excellent partner for our shopping app
We have valued the collaboration with Shopgate for years, as it works excellently and communication takes place on an equal footing. The customer service is impressively fast. The solution that Shopgate offers works particularly well for us: We do not have the internal resources to develop an app ourselves, which also covers topics such as accessibility and security. Shopgate is an expert in the field of apps and has a software solution where we can easily connect our shop system directly, allowing a new shopping app to be created in a short time.
