Reponse is the customer experience suite for Shopify stores, installed inside the Shopify admin. It brings a shared inbox with unlimited human live chat, tickets with assignment, SLAs and canned replies, product review collection and moderation, contacts and segments, loyalty points and referrals, and analytics. All of it is free forever, with unlimited seats for the whole team. When a store is ready, the All-in plan turns on AI agents: they read the store automatically (policies, shipping, catalogue), answer shoppers and guide them to checkout, triage tickets and draft replies for the team, moderate reviews and flag customers at risk of churning. All-in includes 10,000 AI conversations per month. Reponse works in English and French and is billed through Shopify.
