ScribeGrab is an online transcription tool that converts audio and video files into text and subtitle formats without registration. Using speech-recognition technology on GPU hardware, it detects languages, identifies multiple speakers, and supports file types like MP3, WAV, MP4, and MKV, up to 60 minutes or 1.5GB. Outputs include plain text, SRT, and VTT files without watermarks. Speakers are labeled automatically, and subtitles can be translated into 16 languages with precise timing. Features include profanity filtering, filler word removal, and embedding subtitles into videos with customizable styles. Transcriptions process at two minutes per hour of audio. Files are processed on secure servers and deleted after completion, with results available for 45 minutes. Premium options extend retention to 24 hours and add meeting notes, speaker name customization, and Word export. There are no daily upload limits.
