Highly Effective Platform with Excellent Support and Room for UX Improvements

ShiftCare won me over for various reasons: 1. Publicly disclosed pricing, with simple, logical licensing tiers. Much more affordable than competitors, especially for a very small business like ours. 2. Answered all my tricky questions live on their webinar 3. Extremely responsive, friendly, helpful customer service 4. Easy to adjust license seats up or down mid-way through a billing cycle, with credits applied instantly 5. Excellent integration with Xero 6. Semi-public roadmap with regular improvements and bug fixes 7. Heaps of guides, videos, and webinars (unlike competitors who almost ask you to sign an NDA just to see the software in action)

What is ShiftCare?

ShiftCare is an easy-to-use care management platform built for disability, IDD, HCBS and non-medical home care providers. It brings scheduling, authorisations, EVV, documentation, billing, eBilling and family communication into one simple system that reduces admin and keeps teams organised. Providers can create schedules in seconds, track authorised hours, prevent over servicing, capture clean documentation and generate accurate invoices or eBilling files that meet funder requirements. Support workers use the mobile app to see shifts, clock in and out, record notes, and stay connected even when offline. Families access real-time updates through the Family Portal.
