Saves my time, easy to use, convenient interface

From the journal entries to the reports to invoicing, it is clear, concise, easy to follow. I find board members like the flexibility of reports. It's easy to create a statement based on what knowledge they need. Any support questions I have had have been answered in a timely manner and always exactly what I needed. I use ShiftSuite all day everyday and have rarely had any problems with access.

Adding a new owner is easy. Running most of the reports is easy. Sending out a statement of account is simple and quick.
