The platform is really flexible. It allows us to basically customise any type of grant. This is a huge step up from the previous platform that we had which did not allow for any customisation and flexibility. ShareForce has a wide range of functionalities that make some of our more complex cases seemed effortless within the platform. Where we would previously have a lot of manual intervention, ShareForce has taken all of that away and "things just happen". The way the system is designed and set up is excellent. They are really agile and understand our business needs and design and will come up with solutions to accomodate us. On top of that, their client service is excellent and their turnaround time to respond to requests is quick. The reporting functionality is really flexible and you can basically set up any type of report you require. The overall look and feel for the end user is great and from an admin side, there are so many functionalities that you can use to push information to the end user. Data migration to their platform was seamless and very easy.
