SetHero has a really great intuitive interface. I really enjoy how it allows me to organize my contacts and use them across all of my projects. Additionally I'm able to give easy admin access to the production team members that need it. Once you've got the scenes, cast, crew and locations loaded you're able to very easily build up the call sheet and customize it with various options. Perhaps my most favorite feature is the ability to distribute the call sheet to the cast and crew with just a few clicks. It can send it by phone and e-mail, but even better is that it tracks when people open it - both date and time. You can't keep people from saying "I didn't get the call sheet..." but you can show them proof they got it when they do. The call sheets even have clickable links that can take people to Google maps for directions to base camp or set. At the end you can create the production reports that use all of the information that was put in the call sheet.
