When we run large events, communicating with our volunteer group and even just coordinating shifts can be challenging, especially if something changes last-minute, like getting rained out. Before we used this program, we basically had to call everyone individually. Now we can send a bulk text, an email, or both to the right group all at once. We also get notified when there are cancellations, which helps a lot. Those are probably our two favorite things about it.

The best part was how expandable it was for our needs as they grew. The team put the app together in record time, and it let us capture volunteer information and even requests from aid recipients.

I enjoy using Serve.Love because it lets us stay flexible with our schedule. Each day can look a little different for our organization, so I’m able to make adjustments as needed. Creating events for volunteers has been really efficient once I got the hang of it. I can add different photos to keep things interesting, include parking and entrance instructions, add event details, and much more. I was able to build next month’s schedule in about 15 minutes, although it could be even faster for an organization that doesn’t need to make day-to-day adjustments the way we do. Support is wonderful! Very quick to answer any questions that come up. I don't personally use the AI feature, but I do see it suggests ideas. I'm sure someone could use them more than I do! Pricing is very reasonable. As the Volunteer Coordinator, I do not make purchase decisions. However, as a non-profit, I know we would not be using Serve.Love if it was not a good price and gave us what we needed. Performance wise, I am able to run reports that help us analyze data. The Serve.Love team also created specific reports for our organization at my request which was extremely helpful. I can also track volunteer hours easily and communicate with volunteers through the site as well. We don't have many tools integrated expect our website, I believe. it seems to be very affective though, making it easy for volunteers to find opportunities in their area.
