I really like how easy it was to transfer from an old system to the Servant Keeper's system! As a temp in the past, I've been a part database overhauls in the past that took weeks to complete. This experience was awesome, I was able to format, map and import in less than two days and with white glove service, someone is with you every step of the way! I really like the staff, everyone is very friendly and wants to help in any way they can. I also like Servant Keeper Notify which allows you to put out emergency alerts, even notifications etc. All of this in one place since this system integrates with your regular SK records!

Servant keeper offers a whole church experience, from directory to children's ministry check in. As it competes with bigger companies like Planning center it has the advantage of being cost effective as a package rather than subscription.

It is easy to use. We like being able to track all of our contact information with basically any additional fields we want to use. We also use it for our financial information. We like that it ties to Quickbooks and to Vanco.
