Helpful but needs design overhaul
It's great having one place to reach out to multiple people via text and the platform is fairly simple to use!

Life is so much easier with Send Hub
Any of our 105 employees can access it from their computer to send a client a text message. Our responses by text message seem to be higher than what we get from email on certain clients so this is just another way to make the process smooth for us and our clients.

Software developerIt's a very beautiful concept for small businesses to manage communities
It is good for small businesses to manage their communications. It is fully PBX hosted, so we don't need to install another software and set other things. It's free because there's no need to pay extra costs for hardware, technical experts, and tools.
