Beyond the AI and human customer service about parcels, they also have an expert team who can help you with specific questions related to implementation.

SendCloud is an excellent platform that has made it really easy for us to make shipments on a daily basis. Implementing Sendcloud was very easy. Previously we were using UPS WorldShip software which was very difficult to maintain and was extremely difficult to integrate with. SendCloud offers a great solution with really useful API for integrations with our ERP software and the dashboard interface is easy to use. SendCloud Support is also phenomenal with some of the best support I've ever experienced from a software vendor. Highly recommended.
