I have been using Sembly for several months now, and I find it really useful to helping with the many minutes I have to write.

Simple, easy to use! Can be added to Google Meet, Teams, and Zoom. Efficient note taking. Video available. Prompts are very strong in order to activate use of the notes.

Not needing to multi task - listening, taking notes and contributing to the discussion - and just focusing on the discussion has helped me be more accurate and subsequently more confident in what I take away from the content on meetings I attend.
