It's hard to say what I like "best," because there are a LOT of things to like! I love the customer service, for starters. When I was just a free user, if I had a question and clicked the "chat" button, I actually got an answer from a real human, not just a bot. That was the first sign this is a great company. Once I started using the Enterprise Solution I realize just how comprehensive the platform is, without plugins! I've used Wordpress and Wix before. Wix has been easy, but very limited and not functional for growing into a large business. Wordpress is clunky and requires a lot of plugins for true functionality. Selldone is laid out very uniquely and you can tell the developers but a lot of effort into making it intuitive. I haven't yet tapped into a fraction of what is available to me. I am anxious to keep going!
