SelectZero is easy to use, down-to-earth platform for an organization starting with data governance no matter the number of users or databases. It allows to handle everything from buisness glossary management to data quality testing and much more on a single platform. Simple and intuitive menu structures make it easy to learn for even those who are not versed in data management. Various customizable alerting methods means that I don't need to spend time on the platform fishing for problems, but let the platform tell me when and where issues occur. Customizable metadata fields allow for answering the most demanding tasks. Using the on premise depolyment has not crashed once for almost a year. The few issues I have ran into with connecting to some specific database types were solved by customer support within hours, half a day maximum. This kind of reliability is hard to come by these days.

The best thing in SelectZero for me is the combination of the power of the tool and its simplicity. With this tool, data validation became much simpler and faster to set up. I like the functionality regarding failed checks. If something goes wrong, I can quickly identify what went wrong and take action on it. Additionally, I see the value of the tool through the support provided by the SelectZero team. I feel that at any stage, you can ask for help and get useful and helpful support on any question you might think of.

This platform is very intuitive and easy to use tool. It offers good value for money. All necessary functionality is there. You do not have to pay for many 'fancy' features that nobody uses. We just get what we need. There is no need for a dedicated implementation project or costly consulting services. SelectZero just works! The support team is excellent—we receive replies to our questions almost immediately, and the new features we request are often included in the next releases.
