I find the Sectigo Certificate Manager's dashboard very usable, and their communications are clear, concise, and useful. Anytime action is needed, there are clear instructions to go to the dashboard to fix, renew, extend, certify, validate certificates, etc. The team communicated with us clearly during setup and provided hands-on support, which I didn't expect from real people instead of machines. They helped steer us in the correct direction to use the products we actually needed rather than selling things we didn't need.

The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate and set up. Issuing certificates through the portal is also straightforward and convenient.

I like the simplicity of use of Sectigo Certificate Manager and its web portal with a clear interface. I can manage it quickly with a few clicks, and the functionality to create templates and portals to generate certificates with such templates is very useful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for me.
