It streamlines the issuance, renewal, and deployment of certificates, while giving the entire organization clear visibility to help prevent outages, maintain control over both public and private certificates, and ensure compliance.

Sectigo Certificate Manager provided strong visibility into our certificate inventory and expiration timelines. The dashboard made it easy to see what was deployed, what was expiring, and what needed attention. The automated email notifications for upcoming expirations were reliable and helped reduce the risk of missed renewals. In 2024, renewals were straightforward and easy to process, and overall lifecycle tracking was simple to manage from an operational standpoint.

I find the Sectigo Certificate Manager's dashboard very usable, and their communications are clear, concise, and useful. Anytime action is needed, there are clear instructions to go to the dashboard to fix, renew, extend, certify, validate certificates, etc. The team communicated with us clearly during setup and provided hands-on support, which I didn't expect from real people instead of machines. They helped steer us in the correct direction to use the products we actually needed rather than selling things we didn't need.
