SecDim poses a novel way to learn and practice secure programming practices. It teaches developers to identify security anti-patterns and integrate fixes at the code level. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, with learning content, practical challenges, competitive leaderboards and a forum to discuss content. The support team is phenominal and I've been brought back to the platform well after utilising the learning content to compete in their regular competitions. Competing products fail to recognise that developers don't want to be told how to code, and force developers to take up patterns which ruin the art of programming. SecDim guides developers toward implementing fixes in their own code style.

I realy liked the Git based approach of solving challenges. Basically you can do almost everything (some tests are hidden on server side only, to make challenges harder) locally. Which made the experience much smoother. The platform is also constantly growing, with new challenges being added regularly, ensuring that there's always fresh content to tackle. I especially appreciate that the challenges aren't tied to any single programming language, allowing you to dive in no matter your preferred language. The support team is equally impressive. I recall instances where I received assistance with a task almost immediately, even before I thought of submitting a ticket! This shows how actively they monitor platform performance and ensure users have a smooth experience.

We used this platform during an in-person Security Workshop and it made learning about security both enjoyable and engaging, while still being informative. Our team found it valuable and I would recommend going for the full package if it is available. It is worth it!
