I feel Scripted offers writers a lot of flexibility and the chance to work with all types of clients across industries. My favorite thing is that Scripted reintroduced Smart Match last year, which means qualifying writers can claim projects in one click (no need for a proposal). They also have a solid support team that's quick to respond, even on weekends. In recent months, Scripted implemented metrics and tiers, which I feel was a good move for supporting quality control initiatives on the platform and the requirements are very realistic. Lastly, they've brought back editors and they're always improving the writing tools, which is greatly appreciated.

Very simple to use interface. It's a basic word processing system on the writer's side with a variety of powerful tools. Clients seem to have no issues when they discuss using the system with me.
