Trade-Specific Assemblies Make Estimating and Revisions Effortless

The trade-specific assemblies are the biggest benefit. We can build an assembly for a footing, slab, or concrete wall and include concrete, reinforcing, forms, labor, equipment, and waste. When a quantity changes, the associated costs update with it. This makes revisions easier and gives us a clearer breakdown of the estimate.

Good estimating foundation, but setup is important

The connection between takeoff quantities and pricing is the strongest part of the product. Reusable assemblies improve consistency and reduce the number of repetitive calculations required for each bid. The proposal and schedule-of-values features are also helpful after the estimate has been completed.

I like that we can save assemblies for the roofing systems we commonly use and connect measurements with materials, labor, equipment, and waste factors.
