Effective Parent Communication Tool, Needs Improved Stability
I use SchoolStatus to communicate with parents, and I find it very effective because I can call a parent directly or text them. The fact that calls or text messages can be printed, keeping a record of my conversation, makes it a reliable tool. This is an effective way to stay in touch with parents as they can reach out with concerns and I can respond promptly. Also, when I had some problems at first, I called the number provided, and the issues were resolved, showing that support is readily available.
