What I like best about SchoolAuction.net is their incredible customer service. I’ve used the platform for three years for our biggest fundraising event, and while parts of the system can take some getting used to, their support team is always responsive, patient, and kind — even when I’m peppering them with a million questions. They make me look good, and that’s no small thing during a high-pressure event!

The user interface is streamlined while still giving all the needed options for customization. Also, their live and recorded training makes implementation very easy. I especially liked how the system printed paddle numbers with QR code for self-checkout.
