I really like Schedulefly for its great customer service. It's easy to get in contact with them, and they're very receptive. When I call, I get to talk to a real person, not some phone tree or AI assistant, which makes it easy to resolve any problems. I also find the product valuable as a part of our team for its scheduling ease and communication features, which greatly enhance the day-off requests and overall communication between managers and employees. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

I really appreciate how I can communicate with approximately 100 employees all at once, either individually or by group. I like how I can schedule weekly or months out and also have the ability to accept or decline requests for days off and track labor.
