I really appreciate Schedulefly's customer service; they're the best in the business, extremely responsive, and very friendly. I also like how easy it is to use, which makes training new supervisors simple. The pricing is another aspect I appreciate. Plus, the platform allows us to house company documents in an easy and always accessible place, and the reports tab is great for auditing schedules and time off requests. Creating and posting schedules, as well as communicating efficiently with all our venues, is seamless. I find the ability for staff to easily request time off and update their availability really useful too, and the initial setup was extremely easy thanks to their great customer service.
