User-Friendly Platform with Frequent Feature Updates
They are constantly updating and releasing new features, UI is user friendly and intuitive for the most part. The technology itself is powerful and works well. I work in Safety so i cannot speak on the technological integration aspect nor billing. The support can be lacking at times, sometimes follow up from Customer Support is slow or requires active pursuit from customer end. We had previous issues with Account Executives that didnt really do anything for us however we have since resolved that issue. AI seems to be ok for basic data requests, i have not used it beyond that capacity.

Easy-to-Use Samsara Dash Cams with a Straightforward Event Review Process
We are currently rolling out Samsara dash cams across our fleet. As a beginner user, I have found the platform easy to use and navigate. The event review process is straightforward, and the safety-focused features seem very helpful. We are still early in the implementation process, but so far the experience has been positive.
