Salus is very intuitive to use, our field staff find it very easy to manage, and the introduction of AI has been a game changer for data review, looking up information and creating forms.

What I love most about SALUS is how user friendly it is for the end users, you don't have to be tech savvy. It's concise and it visually looks good. I like how fast the program runs versus some of the other worthy rivals of SALUS, which are slower with lots of loading time, but this is instantaneously. It puts all of our safety programs and forms in one location and eliminates having to file paperwork in cardboard boxes. It gives us real time data of who is trained and who has signed off on what documents and who hasn't, and I can see who's designated on what equipment. I can get a snapshot of what's going on in each site from my desktop. Where it made a real difference is when we needed to see who was designated as excavator operators in that area for a last minute task and wanted to make sure they were certified, I was able to get all that information within a few seconds. We're also able to use the AI tool, Rosie, to help start the development of our work instructions for the day, as well as any relevant SWPs we need to review before we go to work. With Rosie you can ask for trends of what you're seeing from incidents, ask to find certain policies or rules within different documents, and see what areas we should focus on for inspections, and it pulls from your database to help point your people in the right direction. I think the customer service is fantastic. I like how when we have ideas we bring it to SALUS and they put it on their road map pretty quickly, versus other worthy rivals who say it's not in their road map. The people that work at SALUS are very personable, likable, and generally trying to give you a tool that helps you be successful in the industry. The initial setup was pretty easy, we had 10 companies switch over and we just did it one by one and rolled it out, and it was pretty seamless. There wasn't much of a learning curve for our folks, even the ones that weren't tech savvy. We recently did a poll and we have a 92% satisfaction across 600 employees. I use it with Power BI to generate more granular incident dashboards.

As a Safety Director I get "Real Time" access to employees completion of every safety process and form along with the signature of the crew / site leader and all the employees on the crew / site that particpated in the safety process; EVERY DAY! No more chasing paper with never really getting the real results way too late to do anything about it. During trainings that are completed for employees on a safety policy, procedure or process there is a document created for the training that each employee signs on SALUS upon the training completion. This document remains on their SALUS app for them to review in detail any time they want and it is stored on SALUS by employee, with signature, for administrators to have documented on what trainings each employee has completed. Also the ability of SALUS to sort and report completion and signatures of forms by employee and by site and for specific time periods allows us to export the results weekly (or for any period) and send to the employees / sites so they see how they are performing in comparison to the standards required and the other employees / sites. We also use these results to reward the best performers. I could go on and on.........
