Reliable Video Recording with Easy Setup
I like that all the people at Salient Systems are here in the United States. It makes Salient Systems a great business partner when we're serving customers and helping them retrieve video. The initial setup was very easy, and the training that our technician received allowed him to acclimate quickly to the CompleteView software.

The support is very good. I also find it very easy to add new cameras to the systems, and the initial setup of Salient Systems is very easy.

Great Product, Flexible CCTV Integration, and Strong Technical Support
Great product and Technical Support. We primarily use it as CompleteView as it integrates into Symmetry or can be used as standalone CCTV system.
Salient integrates with so many camera models/manufacturers and offers such a wide range of options including intelligent video.
Setting the system up and ease of use is a great benefit for us since it reduces our technician onsite time and reduces calls from our end users with questions.
We have customers that use the CompleteView platforms on an everyday bases at multiple locations and are very happy with the system.
