Flexible filtering, parallel dialing, insights on callers at the ready

I like using Salesfinity for making calls because it lets me call multiple people at once, which speeds up the dialing process. It's super helpful that I can make up to five calls simultaneously, making it easy to get through as many calls as I can. I also appreciate the drop-down menus which help me organize calls by sequence and time zone, making everything more organized. Being able to call different countries is a big plus, and the parallel dialer is both inexpensive and convenient. Overall, the initial setup was super easy.

I think the user interface is useful and simplistic. I especially like the platform integrates and speaks so well to our CRM and prospecting tools
