We initially migrated some workflows to it due to cost. After actually modifying code to deploy on Salad infrastructure, we found many of its purported benefits were silently qualified or inaccurate.

Getting started was pretty easy and straightforward. No need for a dedicated Dev-Ops engineer. The control over resources like CPU, RAM, and storage is great making it more cost effective. The support is excellent, with direct access to the team via Slack for quick help.
