QualMeeting is a rather intuitive platform that has become my preferred technology for completing qualitative research. I love that they have a “blind” backroom so members of my team and clients can join to view sessions without it feeling overwhelming for those being interviewed. There is a chat so that it is easy for everyone in the background to communicate with each other, the moderator and the tech support team. Having direct messaging feature is also very helpful, particularly for sending notes to the moderator in real time. The team behind QualMeeting is very dedicated to customer service, ensuring my and my projects’ needs are met at every step.
