Excellent service and reports.

The telephone handlers obtain key information from the whistleblowers and keep the reports reasonably concise. The service allows whistleblowers to blow the whistle anonymously but for the business to have contact with them and ask further questions.

Safecall provides an independent whistleblowing service which gives our colleagues the option to discuss or raise their concerns anonymously, or semi anonymously, with someone outside of our organization, and at a time that suits them. They employ experienced case handlers which provides comfort that we will receive complete and unbiased reports from concerned colleagues.

We like the fact its simple and easy to use, and the options it gives for individuals to stay in contact. Its great that we receive the reports without delay so we can take immediate action. This demonstrates we are take all issues seriously. We recently updated our company values and Safecall are in keeping with those.
