I like the personal touch. When you work with Sability you have a point person assigned to you who stays in constant contact. When there is an issue you have a real person to go to and not just a case number that will be picked up by a customer service rep who doesn't know the idiosyncrasies of your systems. Sability works as a team, as issues come up that they feel another team member has more expertise in they will reach out to each other so that you are always receiving the best information.

Great response time, trustworthy, knowledgeable, meets deadlines. Sability is great at making sure they truly understand what we are asking and will repeat the question back until they feel we are on the same page. Sability will also give us options on how to process things we are asking for.

The Sability team's familiarity with UltiPro, both from an implementation standpoint, as well as having been previous users of the software enabled them to provide us with in depth knowledge that went beyond just delivering artifacts and hitting deadlines.
