I really appreciate Route4Me for making delivery planning much more efficient, optimizing our outbound operations and improving our customers satisfaction by reducing time and cost. The software's route sequencing engine is a big help. Tracking our deliveries is so much easier, and Route4Me ensures our customers receive their orders quickly. I love being able to export all the data and metadata to feed our Business Intelligence, which enhances our awareness of the delivery process and aids in data-driven decision-making. The integration with our ERP, facilitated by Route4Me, is seamless. I find it incredibly valuable that Route4Me allows easy data integration via API, supporting our tools like dashboards and spreadsheets, which help us evolve better logistics strategies. The initial setup was very intuitive, and minimal training was required for onboarding. The support we received to integrate Route4Me with our ERP was excellent.
