Rostoc is coffee roasting software for small and growing roasteries. It connects to the roaster you already own, reads bean and environmental temperature, rate of rise and machine status, and records each roast against a reusable roast plan.
Around the roast, Rostoc keeps the production chain linked. Green coffee lots are received into warehouses, roast plans carry per-machine setups, and each finished batch deducts from the lot that fed it. Stock and roast history stay traceable to each other, without spreadsheets.
The machine catalogue holds 263 roaster models across 93 brands, and 198 of them are supported. Rostoc runs as a desktop app on macOS, Windows and Linux, with browser access on paid plans. Roasters switching from Artisan or Cropster can import their existing roast files and lot exports.
Every new account starts with 30 roasts of the full product, with no card and no time limit. After that, Hobby is free for 30 batches a month on one machine. Foundation is $19/month and adds browser access, cloud backup and data export. Growth is $39/month, with unlimited batches and machines, green coffee inventory, lot tracking, and no volume charge.
