I love Roster's campaign feature. It's great because I'm able to run different campaigns for each contact group like ambassadors, UGC creators, product seeding relationships, and campaign-specific partners. This makes everything more intentional and easy to execute, allowing for more effective Ambassador and Influencer Marketing.

What I like most about Roster is how helpful they are as a company. You aren't treated as a number, but as a client. Roster genuinely wants to see our ambassador program succeed and they offer one-on-one meetings, quick customer service help, and overall guidance. It allows us to manage all our campaigns, actions (short tasks), contacts, analytics, and commissions, all on one platform. I appreciate that setup was easy for our team and that it was all laid out for us.
