Alex and Ali work non-stop around the clock and are always bringing valuable feedback and information to the table to steer us in the right direction. We can sometimes change our minds or direction quickly - but they've always stayed on top making sure that A) we still were on track to meet our goals, but also B) really adapt when a new challenge came about. For instance, halfway through our hiring process and developing a new role, we were in a situation where we had to create a unique role for an individual and Rose Garden, without blinking, was quickly able to adapt and modify the original plan we set out. We trust them, we rely on them and I honestly can't say enough good things!! Even a few years back, Ali really pushed us mentally to think about selling in a whole different perspective, and I can say that was one of the biggest factors in saving our business. So we are forever grateful.
