The number of project management features, such as Collaboration messages and notifications, have enabled us to implement a gradual change management process to get our team to use the platform more efficiently. We have recently upgraded our Salesforce connector to implement the two-way data feature. This upgrade has greatly improved our project assignment process and has gotten our team working in the platform more fully. Also, I like that your team is continuously improving your platform as well as looking to the future by adding great components such as GenAI.
