How easy it is to edit the video by simply highlighting the text in the transcript and pressing delete. Voila! The pricing in reasonable for all that you receive. The AI is great. I haven't integrated it with anything yet. Perhaps in the future. I need to look into which integrations will be beneficial. I haven't had to use the Support, but I will say their Onboarding is solid, even though I have completed all of it. :(

Ease of use. Really focused on getting rolling and the learning curve is not too steep. Particularly like that I can edit my podcast from the transcript. Scheduling is pretty simple and at this point I'm rolling about 2 episodes a week, while still maintaining my life, which again speaks to the ease of use factor. I'm still early stage with the AI portions, but so far what I've used has been very solid - in particular I recently created within Riverside an AI personalized prompt that I can now re-use!

The best thing about Riverside is it's record quality. The video and audio quality is better than alternatives. The platform is simple to use and provides a number of features like automatic transcription which are very useful.
