IT automation that runs off the employee record, not a separate device console

It has improved the way we manage new hires. We enter a new hire once, and the laptop setup, app accounts, group memberships, and security policies all follow from that single action, instead of relying on four separate checklists. Offboarding works the same way in reverse: access is revoked and the device is locked the moment someone leaves, rather than whenever IT gets to the ticket. Overall, this has made our IT process much faster and helped reduce mistakes along the way.
