The voicemail to email function is super helpful, it also includes transcriptions which are great! I also like the mobile app on my Samsung android phone, works great and is easy to answer on when im out of the office or away from my desk phone. I also liked the fact that they have white glove onboarding services where they do all of the programming, and porting of the existing phone numbers for you so that you don't have to learn all of the technical element related to the phone system in order to get up and running. We were able to rely on RingFusion for the technical support, onboarding and implementation/configuration/migration.
