Intuitive but Lacks Key Features

I like Richdesk for its easy interface, which makes it quite intuitive to use. It's not very complex to deal with tickets, which is something I appreciate.

Good customer support software

I like the way it allows logs come through multiple channels and it's Automated suppor enhances users to get help with simple queries. It can also integrate to multiple other softwares.

Richmond ServiceDesk Helping Customers Quickly

I like how quickly the software will assign help desk tickets/calls to the correct team in a timely manner. Then you are able to track individual as well as over staff reports from the dashboard.
