I’m not just a client submitting tickets to the next available agent; my Rhymetec team knows me, my team, and my systems. If I ever have an issue or concern and my Program Manager isn’t available, another member of the team can be reached and will step in to take care of the problem. The value of that level of continuity and coverage within the vCISO service cannot be understated.
