I like that Rhymetec is easy to work with, thorough, and their team is personally professional and pleasant. They help ensure that our application is secure by addressing security and compliance in a timely manner. Their weekly meetings and review of Vanta, as well as help with compliance and pen tests, keep us accountable and informed about what needs to be done to improve our security posture. I really appreciate how Rhymetec plugs into our organization at the level we decide. Having a shared Slack channel and their control over our Vanta instance helps them slot in like an employee. They have taken a lot off our plate, managing ISO and SOC audits, handling customer questionnaires and RFPs, all without having us change our processes or operations. Their team works faster than having just one in-house person, turning things around quickly. It's great not having to hire a full-time employee for a role nobody wants to do, freeing up our people for more impactful work.
