Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)All-in-One Gym Security with Helpful Support, Despite a Tricky Integration
I like that Rhombus helps me know who’s in the gym and lets me read the door reader to see names. I appreciate that they take care of problems quickly and that IT walks me through each step when I call. I like the whole package together, including knowing when people pay and who to let in.

Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)Doorbell and Unlock Delays Can Cause Missed Visitors
I like that we can see who is at the camera when they arrive, for the front door service, and that I can have several cameras up at once, to see what is happening around the building. I like that we can communicate with the person who is outside at the camera before allowing them to enter the building.
