What I like best about Revver is how it combines document management with workflow automation in one place. It is not just a filing cabinet, it actually helps you get things done. Setting up no-code workflows was easier than I thought and it has helped us standardize a lot of our routine processes which is great for consistency. The AI search feature is a standout for me. It can read through scans and handwritten notes which is a lifesaver because we have a lot of older documents that we need to reference. The secure client portals are also a great touch.

The biggest thing for me is the ability to actually find a document when I need it. In my role, if a piece of equipment goes down, I don't have time to dig through file cabinets for the service history or warranty information. With Revver, the Smart Extract AI is incredibly helpful. We scan in a lot of old service reports and invoices, and the system is usually smart enough to pull out the relevant details like the asset tag number and the vendor name right away. It has saved my team a lot of time on manual data entry. The other feature I really appreciate is the secure sharing. We have to share inspection reports with external compliance auditors, and the client portal makes it easy to get them the files they need without worrying about emailing sensitive information.

Search is also very helpful when I need to pull up an older file quickly. Revver supports document search, workflow automation, sharing, eSignatures, and OCR, so it covers a lot of the operational side of my job within a single system.
